4.I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?
Sure, we will not display any customers' design or show to other people, we can sign NDA.

5.Can we know the production process without visiting the factory?
We will offer a detailed production schedule and send pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

6. Are you trade company or manufacturer?
  KC machinery is an experienced factory specializing in mold manufacturing. We have our own mold designers, CNC processing equipment, CNC engraving equipment, spark machines and other facilities.

7. What kind of documents does the client need to provide to us?
 It is better to make the moulds according to client's 3D files and samples.
